Quick AI reading (files not saved)
Upload invoices, permits, lien waivers, or inspection reports from the sellers. Lovable AI reads them and says which of the claimed improvements they back up. Photos or PDFs, up to 5 files, 8 MB each.
Files are sent to the AI service only to make this summary and are not kept by this page. The summary can miss things, so read the documents yourself and have your closing attorney or an Alabama certified appraiser confirm.
